Booking & pricing

How do I get a quote?+
Use our online booking form or call 0117 456 7890. For most services we can give a ballpark figure over the phone and confirm the exact price on a free site visit.
How do you charge — by the hour or per job?+
We quote per job, not by the hour — so you always know what you’re paying before we start. For ongoing maintenance plans, we agree a fixed monthly fee.
Is there a minimum contract for regular maintenance?+
No long contracts. We ask for 2 weeks’ notice if you’d like to cancel or pause regular visits — nothing more.

The service

How often should I have my lawn mowed?+
Most Bristol lawns benefit from fortnightly cuts April–September and monthly visits October–March. We’ll tailor the schedule to your specific grass type and usage.
Do you work in all weathers?+
We work year-round in most conditions and only reschedule for severe weather that would make work unsafe or compromise quality. We always give as much notice as possible.
Is green waste removal included?+
For clearance and hedge trimming, all green waste is removed and recycled as standard. For regular maintenance, grass clippings are typically mulched back unless removal is requested.
Do I need to be at home during the visit?+
Not necessarily. For regular maintenance, many clients leave access instructions and we get on with the work while they're out. For first visits and larger projects, it helps to meet you on-site.
